Grilled pork tenderloin. Garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano. Let marinate over night. Toss on grill over high heat 1 1/2 minutes per side then place tenderloin over non-heated part of grill and cook at ~300 degrees until done. Saute the remaining marinade and baste the meat while it cooks.
